Relating with Intimacy
One of the first things that the patriarchal system declares war on is intimacy. A core patriarchal teaching is "Boys don't cry" or "Be strong, you are a man." Such teachings disconnect us from our authentic selves and so disconnect us from our loved ones and from the vibrancy of the world at large.
The invitation in the coming session is to come back to connection. How would it be to intentionally invite intimacy as we relate to life and to ourselves. Let us softly create a space where rigidity and armors are put aside. Where we are reminded by the teaching of Thich Nhat Hanh, "It’s not enough to suffer; we also have to touch peace."

What to expect in our Workshops
The session lasts around 3 hours, with a break in between. Snacks, as well as tea, are included. To invite transformation, we address the topic intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. We present tools and concepts, engage in embodied exercises, and facilitate journaling, individual reflection, and group reflection.
The cost of each workshop is between 25 and 35 Euros per person, depending on how much you would like to contribute. However, a lack of resources should not be a reason to refrain from participating. If you are unemployed or facing financial constraints, please get in touch with us!
